Pearson’s Medium Dry Cider (6.1%) is our original recipe. This is where it all began. The one that set the tone for everything we do. A clear, lightly sparkling cider with a grown-up dryness and a full, appley body that’s earned its place as our founders’ favourite.
Made with 100% fresh pressed juice and nothing else, this cider is crafted from vintage-quality bittersweet cider apples, picked and pressed on our farm at the foot of the Malvern Hills. We don’t believe in shortcuts, and we certainly don’t do flavourings or concentrates. Just proper apples and patience.
The flavour is rich, rounded, and packed with depth – a little sharpness up front, a mellow sweetness underneath, and just enough tannin to keep things interesting. It’s the kind of cider you’ll want to sip slowly and savour.
Pair it with strong cheeses, grilled meats, or your favourite curry. It holds its own without overpowering the plate. Or just enjoy it on its own, chilled but not too cold, when you’ve got five minutes to yourself.
