Pearson’s Medium Cider (4.8%) is a lightly sparkling, intensely appley clear cider. It has a light fruity aroma and great balance between sweetness, acidity and tannins. It is made from 100% fresh pressed juice using only cider apples. It’s great with cheese, spicy food or just enjoyed on its own. Don’t forget to serve lightly chilled!
