Who says mimosas are just for brunch? This Valentine’s Day, we’re giving the classic a cider-soaked glow-up. Sweet, sparkling, and just a little bit spicy, our Pearson’s Cider Mimosa is basically romance in a glass. Easy to make, easier to sip, and very easy to fall in love with.
Pearson’s Apple Cider Mimosa Cocktail recipe Ingredients (Serves as many as you care to make!)
You’ll need…
- Pearson’s Medium Cider (or swap in our Medium Sweet Blush Cider for extra rosy vibes)
- Your favourite fizz – Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava (boujee levels entirely up to you)
- Caster sugar
- Ground cinnamon
- Thinly sliced apples (for garnish)
- A champagne flute
How to make it
- Rim job (the classy kind):
Mix caster sugar and cinnamon together on a small plate. Lightly dip the rim of your champagne flute in water, then dip it straight into the cinnamon sugar mix. Sweet, spicy, and already looking fancy. - Add the cider:
Pour Pearson’s Medium Cider into the glass until it’s about a quarter full. Feeling playful? Switch it up with our Blush Cider for a pinker, fruitier twist. - Top it off with bubbles:
Gently top with your chosen fizz. Champagne, Prosecco, or Cava. - Garnish & swoon:
Finish with a thinly sliced apple perched prettily in the glass.
