Cider Sangria (aka Bank Holiday Punch)
This Apple Cider Sangria recipe is your call to arms, or jugs, rather, when the sun peeks out over a long weekend. With Pearson’s Blush Cider or Medium Dry Cider, wine, and enough chopped fruit to call it one of your five-a-day, this is the drink you serve when someone says “Barbecue?”
Big, bold, and not to be trusted near the family paddling pool.

- Top up with 500ml of Pearson’s Blush or Medium Dry Cider
- 250ml white or rosé wine
- 50ml brandy

Pairs well with barbecued things and inflated unicorns.
