Enter the Orchard Spritz, a sparkling little number that pairs Pearson’s Medium Dry Perry with elderflower cordial and a splash of prosecco. It’s floral, fizzy, and frankly a bit flirty.

Orchard Spritz Recipe Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 100ml Pearson’s Medium Dry Perry
  • 25ml elderflower cordial
  • 75ml prosecco
  • Soda water, top top
  • Cucumber ribbons
  • Fresh mint sprig, slapped once (you’ll see why)

Method

  1. Fill a large wine glass with ice – go heavy if it’s hot out.
  2. Pour in the pear cider and elderflower cordial.
  3. Top with prosecco, then a splash of soda water.
