HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE:

You must be aged over 18 years to purchase alcohol from this site
A case of cider is defined as 12 standard sized 500ml bottles, unless otherwise stated. Browse through our products, select items you wish to purchase and add to shopping basket.
Once completed click Checkout and complete a few details to process your order.
We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, SOLO, DELTA, VISA DEBIT, ELECTRON, SOLO

 

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY:

Costs for deliveries will be outlined at the checkout stage prior to payment with the price of the product. Despatch will normally be within 72 hours and so should be delivered in 4 to 6 working days to U.K. mainland addresses only (excluding Highlands and Islands) on all products that are in stock. Other UK addresses, please contact us for a quote. Parcels must be signed for and cannot be left without a signature. We can only deliver to the registered billing address. We only accept orders from within the UK.

 

DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

Upon receipt of your order and payment clearance we will despatch the goods as detailed above. In the unlikely event that your chosen goods are out of stock, no longer available and we cannot meet your requirements we will credit your method of payment and advise you by Email.
If you are not available to take receipt of goods from our courier they will leave details of options for delivery.
Your order should arrive within 4 to 6 working days. It is essential to check all goods before signing for them. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a damaged consignment, please write ‘Damaged’ clearly on the consignment note beneath your signature, or if you have not received your cider within 10 days of ordering, please advise us by e-mail at sales@pearsonscider.co.uk, or call us on 07950907686 between 9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Saturday.
Items returned to us by our courier as undelivered will incur the delivery fee. An additional delivery fee will be charged to redeliver the items or a credit will be processed to the customer for the value of the goods that were not delivered if the delivery is cancelled.

 

PAYMENT:

Payment can be made on-line we accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed using PayPal a leading secure on-line payment provider. All card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption they are not held on clear text on any website. In pure English this site is secure; your card details cannot be obtained by any other party. You are responsible for confirming that you are the legitimate holder of the credit/debit card and that your details are correct. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment, we will not be able to process your order and a message will appear informing you that the transaction cannot be processed.

 

PRICING AND AVAILABILITY:

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund less the delivery charge if the goods have already been sent to the courier for delivery.

Pearson’s Cider Company Ltd is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected we abide fully with the terms and conditions of The Data Protection Act 1998. We hold your personal details on a secure database and only allow access to those individuals who take your order. By ordering on-line you give us your consent to use your personal details for processing your order, market research, processing your payments and fraud detection. We will not sell, distribute or release your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law. We don’t store or share any financial details of our customers.

TAX CHARGES:

The price is inclusive of any payable V.A.T. in the U.K.

 

WARRANTIES:

You warrant that the information entered onto Order Form is true.
Where we sell to you under a consumer transaction (as defined by the Consumer Transactions (Restrictions on Statements) Order 1976) your statutory rights are not affected by this Agreement.

 

RETURNS POLICY:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a refund (we will refund product cost only and not refund any postage costs) within 14 days of receipt of goods, provided that:
•    The goods are unused.
•    The goods are undamaged.
•    The packaging is complete and undamaged.
•    The goods are in saleable condition.
Please make sure your name and address are clearly visible on return form.
Please obtain proof of return of your goods. We recommend Recorded, Special or Insured Delivery are used, as we do not accept liability for goods lost in transit.
